Seattle-based In 1967, brothers Jack and Ivor Jones founded Delta Marine. Like many yacht builders, the company started out building fishing vessels. Using their expertise in building fishing vessels capable of handling long trips to Alaska, the company began building luxury expedition yachts built to voyage north to Alaska’s waters.The shipyard has continued to develop the experience and know-how to build state-of-the-art explorer yachts and superyachts. 

Delta Marine continues to be a family-owned and operated shipyard. They also have a yacht design division, Delta Design Group. Delta Marine also operates a full-service refit and repair facility, priding itself on continuing to serve its customers throughout the life of their vessel.
