I have driven a lot of different types of Downeast Yachts in my life and each of them have their own appeal. In Florida, we are already far down south and nearly as east as you can get, so some of the folks in Florida describe this style of Yacht as a picnic boat (which suggests that the galley is on deck). In the case of the Anka 45 Coupe, that is true. However, for handling or comfort, here are my thoughts:
Hinckley – Their Hamilton Jet drives let you get in shallow!
Palm Beach – The most comfortable ride in the class.
Zeelander – Beautiful lines and a lot of living space in a small area.
Anka – Modern styling meets classic utility, quality construction and an excellent ride.
